General Instructions to Submit Abstract
- All abstracts must be the original, unpublished work of the authors, with all listed authors
having significant contribution to the completion of the work
- Abstracts should be submitted only through the HYMNNS website.
- All presenters must register for the conference by 30th June 2024 BEFORE ACCEPTANCE
- Abstracts should not be more than 200 words
- It should not have been presented in any conference / CME earlier.
- Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s commitment to present the abstract if
accepted and, in the e-poster presentation session, as assigned by the Scientific Committee
- All expenses associated with the preparation and presentation of the abstracts should be
borne by the author/presenter.
- Abstracts must be error free
E-Poster Presentation Guidelines
- The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42” (Diagonal) LCD
- The entire poster must be 16:9 Ratio
- File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT)
- Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5-10 MB
- Maximum number of slides per E-poster: 1
- PPT Slide should be in landscape format
- Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only
- Slide title should be placed in a title placeholder.
- The text should include (Introduction, Methods, Results & Conclusion)
- The poster should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized
Note:
- Acceptance notifications, along with the official E Poster template, will be issued by 5th
July 2026.
- All selected presenters are requested to upload their completed E Poster (PPT file) by 15th
July 2026.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Conference Registration is mandatory to present your E-Poster at HYMNNSCON.
